For those of you who live in the Washington, D.C. area:
I just wanted to let everyone know who has not found out yet that the next UWC event, called Man “O” War, is on February 21, 2009 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, VA. The main event features Mike Easton (from Lloyd Irvin’s MMA school and Brandon Vera’s teammate) vs. Chase Beebe (2 x WEC world champ), and the co-main event features Antwain Britt (TUF Season 8 contender) vs. Jamal Patterson (from Gracie – Renzo’s gym).
Fighters are coming from world renowned gyms. Such as: Gracie – Renzo, Team Lloyd Irvin, American Top Team, Team Matt Hughes – Hit Squad, Yamasaki Academy, Greg Jacksons MMA, LionHeart MMA, the MMA Institute, Hybrid Academy, Gold Medal Grapping and more.
