Im pretty new to the MMA world and I've pretty much been taking whatever the dude at GNC has been telling me is a good product since hes more ripped then I am. I dont want to gain lean muscle I work out 5 days a week and the current supplements I use are Muscle Milk, Super pump 250, Methyl 1D , and some ALIVE vitamins. I noticed my body is getting more ripped, but I can't really lose weight despite all the cardio I've been doing. What supplements do you guys recommend for someone who is going to start training for BJJ?

I've been cycling a fat burner called AMP by Ergolean for about 4 months now...its the best fat burner I've ever taken and i've tried a lot....i strongly suggest it to anyone trying to cut weight....also...con-cret creatine is also amazing. my strength growths were amazing when i was on it and when i came off it they stayed....added 25 pounds on my bench in a month easy.

Haha Nice avatar. Where did you get the AMP from? I've been mixing up a ton of different things.

i'm going to start to take the ANIMAL Flex pack from Universal, to see how it helps my joints out. I use the rubber guard alot, and i'm a bigger guy so, it's taking a toll on my knees. I'm hoping that it'll be as helpful as everyone says it is.

I have a very high metabolism so I have trouble keeping weight and getting larger. I have tried taking weigh protein but it doesn't seem to ever do anything for me, any other suggestions on how to get bigger

I just wanna ask here if it is advisable to take steroids while joining MMA? Isn't it dangerous? Does it affect your health and performance?
I am just curious. Can someone please inform me about how to stay fit on MMA?
