Jason is a world class trainer, professional fighter, and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. Oh, did I mention he is legally blind too!! With the sudden popularity of Ultimate Fighting, it is important to recognize people that were in the sport years before it became popular. Jason is one such person. He was fighting and training fighters long before MMA was cool. Everyone seems to want to be a "Cage fighter" now. A few years ago it was next to impossible for someone to train or teach full time. Jason, like many others, has went hungry for the sport he loves. With our road trip we hope to pay a little respect to those that kept the sport moving forward before anyone seen Spike TV.

Long before he started MMA or training BJJ. It is something that you won't hear him talk about much: to him its kinda a non-issue.

I think a little less talking would have been better. I would be interested in seeing more of his training vids.

Geez.. Typical
Well, I like it. Ever thought about getting to know someone. It isn't just the technique.

I just watched the second video. I'm getting the whole MMA Road Trip thing now. Nice idea. Looking forward to seeing more of the videos. I still would like to see more submission stuff. Maybe include more techniques. The interviews are good but I am just had my first BJJ class the other day. I am starving for stuff to try.

This is friggin' crazy! A blind guy in MMA; instructing MMA, none the less! He illustrates the old addage: you can do anything you want if you put your mind to it. Awesome, man. You're my hero!
