Should I stop lifting weights? I dont want to be all muscle and be all slow like some of those body builders in the gyms. I'd appreciate any or all advice.

Depends on what you weigh and what weight class you want to fight in

I would say drop the weights and go to natural strength training... push ups, pull ups, sit ups, etc. Worked muscle mass will hold fluid.

Good Luck,

200lb walking is about right for a 185er. What weight will you be fighting at. When is your debut. Need a little more information.

is it amateur where the weigh ins are same day? or pro where you have room to cut? bigger muscles take more energy to throw around in a cage...they consume more "gas" from your tank
