Im pretty new to the MMA world and I've pretty much been taking whatever the dude at GNC has been telling me is a good product since hes more ripped then I am. I dont want to gain lean muscle I work out 5 days a week and the current supplements I use are Muscle Milk, Super pump 250, Methyl 1D , and some ALIVE vitamins. I noticed my body is getting more ripped, but I can't really lose weight despite all the cardio I've been doing. What supplements do you guys recommend for someone who is going to start training for BJJ?

I've been cycling a fat burner called AMP by Ergolean for about 4 months now...its the best fat burner I've ever taken and i've tried a lot....i strongly suggest it to anyone trying to cut weight....also...con-cret creatine is also amazing. my strength growths were amazing when i was on it and when i came off it they stayed....added 25 pounds on my bench in a month easy. :D

multivitamins and water. ;)

dont waste you money on stocking your medicine cabinents with tons of suppliments.

EXPERIENCE is the BEST SUPPLEMENT :D
