Now that is just cool.

My personal favorites tho are Omoplata's and Kimura's

yeah that flying armbar is cool but have heard stories where guys knocked themselves out trying that and landing on their heads. :D

Got to try to get to the side. Watch the video. Staying in front as you fall back with the arm = bad news. Watch the video and you'll see what I mean. You can get away with staying in front sometimes, but it's not the safest thing to do.

Crash out

For some reason Im a fan of the guillatine ( not sure how to spell it) ,but its simple and it works for me. That flying arm bar is sick, I've always wanted to try that.

Armbar and Guillatine. To me they're the easiest to get during a fight. Man, I'd like to master that flying armbar!

How about the legs guys!!! I like heal hooks and knee bars. Remember Mir/Lesner!!!! Leg locks are like the guy that know one thinks can fight. Out of no where he kicks your ass.

Love the avatar  Leg submissions have alway been my worst.

I use an omoplata a lot. It's usually not the sub I finish with but I use it constantly as a threat and a setup.

Mine would have to be the gogoplata from using the rubber guard(or the "aokiplata" from the mount) It's my favorite to see done. My favorite and most effective one would be either the triangle, or the triangle/kimura.

i'm a big fan of the gogoplata and the heel hook.
flying armbars aren't hard to learn, but actually pulling one off in a fight would be awesome.

That Flying Arm Bar looks very cool, you should have the lots of guts to do that move. I agree that you would knock yourself also with that move with your head first on the ground. Only on this video seen it, did not see it yet on all UFC fights that i watched. But I say, that is my favorite submission from now on.
