Been doing BJJ/Submission wrestling on and off for 10-12 years. More off then on:) Other stuff I have done: Boxing, Kenpo, Kung Fu, Muay. Not been training much in the past year. Set some new goals for myself.

I am Irish by descent... born here in Kentucky/USA... my family came over from Galway to South Carolina a couple of generations ago, moved to Kentucky for work in the coal mines. I'm from Kelley and Guinn... got the red beard too... well a little gray on the chin now! Always wanted to go there on vacation/holiday never been.
