Hmm, I know a couple different BJJ BBs and several browns that watch other guys videos to learn. That is kinda different tho. They know the basic, body mechanics, and understand the position. Also, after they think they have it down, they will practice it with others. It is kinda cool to think about a BJJ BB watching videos in the back room going...."Now How in the Hell is he doing that?"

haha. yeah that is different but you can always pick up some tricks from videos like that.

I enjoy watching self defence videos. You have to be better off watching them then not. Especially, if that is all you have. Right!!

If one were to watch enough videos with great instructors, I think one could become a decent fighter.
