Hello friends..
Just register on the forum and hope you all are having good time. Well, I am new to MMA world and need to work on my strength and conditioning. Can anyone share some of their training routines and tips for a beginner. I am also looking for the stuff I can do around the house. Looking forward to hear from your side. Any recommendations/tips based on personal experience will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
