I do not have cable or satellite so the internet is my main means of watching tv. You can watch Spike, Black Belt TV and hundred of channel at http://www.craftytv.com with out having to download a player. http://www.joost.com is another one but it requires that you download a client.

the first one is cool. is there anyway to search it because i clicked martial arts and up came this random fight?
